It looks like my husband really isn't going to get into camping. We've been away twice now and although he's tried, he's a homebody and doesn't enjoy our time away. The kids and me all love it and next year we want to do a few more trips.
Now I can pitch the majority of the tent on my own, it's just the fly sheet. I am 5ft 7 and I struggle to help my husband to lift the flysheet over, so I know I may have difficulties alone. My children are 11, 4 and 3. The 11 year old is a short 11 year old and although she would try to help, I suspect we'd be there 'til sunset even in good weather!
So please, has anyone any tips (especially those who have/had a Prism) for pitching alone? I am hoping there's a simple technique I am missing as I am a novice camper.
Thanks
