I am looking at buying either the Hi Gear Corado 6 or the Vango Amazon 600.  I would love to have peoples opinions or any advice to help me with my choice. I have seen the corado 6 up on display but i cant find anyone in or near essex that has the vango amazon 600 on display.

Thanks

Richard

Sorry, don't know much about either of these but you should get opinions on both in the tent reviews section:

We've got the Amazon 600 and had 3 weeks camping in France. Smashing tent with loads of room - a bit of a so and so to put up until we got the hang of it - then it's a doddle. The wife (mainly) and me can do it although 3 people are handy even if one is a dozy bored teenager.

You could hold a decent size party in one - and my lad is 6ft 5in tall (age 14!!) and he didn't have to bend down.

Quality tent - we had a thunderstorm that lasted for about 8 hours in France and it didn't let a drop in.

Only seen a Corada on display - looks quality but not as wide as the Amazon?

Many thanks for your comments Karen and Longcol.

I have made a decision to buy the Amazon 600, based on reasearch, reviews and comments.  I just wish it was the start of the season!!!

Thanks

We've got the Amazon 600 and really love it.  Worth buying the 2010 model as the canopy at the front is enclosed and really great for cooking, socialising on a nice night and abit of extra storage space for the things you can leave out.
