we think it is worth it for the weekend, due to the comfort level and the fact that I can actually sleep instead of lying awake worrying that the tent is going to blow away!
I always get my tent out when I get home and lay it out for a week, just to be on the safe side, the only issue is having the space to do this!
fantastic price...Yeomans by any chance???

We have a WL5, which is probably about the same in terms of pitch time. With the two of us, after having chosen the footprint location, getting from the bags to an erected tent (ZIGless) is pretty quick, maybe 20 minutes. Then I continue with the pegging out while my OH puts the ZIG in, hangs the bedrooms, sorts the beds out, etc. I would say we're all done and dusted, sat down and relaxing in a little over an hour.
The main canvas dries quickly in the sunshine, but if it's been really wet then the parts near the ground (e.g. the straps that go underneath the ZIG) will need to be dried after taking it down.
If you leave the ZIG/bedrooms attached then pitching is a few minutes quicker.
Price? It looks pretty good - I don't think I've seen it cheaper all summer, although the BL6 has often been gettable for £600 or so.
Good luck

Thanks for that, I think the BL6 can be had for a good price but it's just us + dog so 4 will be fine. I think the 6 might mean we end up with tent 2 for weekends. After the huge expanse of the Aspen I also like 'cosy' (but not cramped!).
Pitching time sounds good, does the ZIG go on easily enough and does it run the full length of the tent?
Thanks
------------- Are you sure you've read the instructions?
