There's a Decathlon store opened up in Belfast and I believe they do online deliveries too. A tent that's worth a look is one of the pop ups, maybe the three man one? It bucks and bends in the wind but it certainly won't break. I have the larger 'base seconds' and I am very impressed with the high standard, very thick fabric and sturdy but flexible poles.

This is the three man version which is £55 or thereabouts and it comes in red, blue and light green too. The Belfast store doesn't always stock all colours (or indeed all tents) so it's worth checking their stock online first.
I would quite like one to take to the beach and camp overnight amongst the sand dunes, I think this tent is perfect for a quick overnighter like that.
The other benefit to someone like yourself who pitches on bare rock is that this tent hold's it's own shape, so therefore doesn't necessarily need pegging out in order to keep it up. As long as you weighed it down, you could use a heavy ruck sack or climbing gear on the inside to hold it down. If it came to it, just sleeping inside it would hold it down.

I have a North Face Tadpole 23. Great in wind & easy to pitch. Baing a backpacking tent, It is a tight fit for two, though, but my wife and I found it comfy and warm enough.

Get a Quasar; they're seemingly bomb proof. I have never regretted buying mine. It has been buried in snow and stood up to some truely frightful conditions. They're not cheap but sometimes Terra Nova have 2nds, ex display etc - that's always worth checking
