read great reviews for this tent. Can get it now for £585 for tent and carpet. Could anyone advise if its good time now or are further discounts likely the closer to winter. Thanks

Probably not - with the 2011 prices stating to be advertised with quite subsantial price increases expect 2010 models to rapidly dissapear as new tent hunters pick from remaining 2010 models rather than wait til next year at inflated prices.

It is quite a risk to wait and see for any further discounts (especially with 2011 price increases)that may never happen

As long as they're going to produce the OHIO XL in 2011 I think you'll be fine.

I picked up an Outwell Florida 6 in Mid-November last year (09) for the bargain price of £349.

Was worried I wouldn't get the extra's, kids room - carpet - extension, as it was so close to the end of the season. Managed to find a kids room in December but not the other bits so I got in touch with Outwell. Was told by them that all of these would be available in 2010 and they would all be compatible with the 2009 tent.
Even managed to pre-order them so got them a bit cheaper.

I was watching the tents as the season ended and the
longer you could hold on the cheaper they got, but you ran the risk of them going out of stock. That's the gamble.
