its lovely, I want one after seeing these pics. It looks very well made and I like the darker bedroom pods. Is it one large bedroom with two divider curtains are are the bedrooms seperate.
AND Mzzy, if and when you read this NO you dont need another tent lol.

Very nice indeed, although I would have rather seen steel poles supporting all that heavy cotton canvas instead of aluminium poles, in fact for such a prestigiuos tent, Titanium poles would be the ideal solution, stronger than steel even, for the same weight as aluminium, and not as expensive as you might think, Titanium tubing from Xian in China is fairly cheap these days.
Poles are more thick 30 % on the awaya by report has those of the biscaya what compensates for the weight of the heavy cotton canvas. The titanium is a good idea but the import of poles in titanium from China would make lose the made in France has Cabanon
If as you say, the poles are thicker aluminium than the Biscaya which has 28mm Ali Poles, that is a good idea, I notice the Awaya Ali Poles are also 28mm diameter, my Biscaya Cotton Poles are 23mm steel, making my Poles 22.5kg and thats without the Sun-Canopy and Kitchen tent poles, in fact the total weight of my Pole bag is 31kg!.

It is not the diameter which increased but the thickness of the material. Example, of 1 mm it passes has 1.30 and the pole rest at 28 mm diameter
That's good info, 1.3mm like you say is 30% increase and no doubt results in a 30% stronger pole than the Biscaya, I know from my own experience that the heavy Cotton Canvas can even distort steel poles on occasion, as I have had to make slight repair to one of my steel Poles, had it been 1mm Aluminium it would have perished for sure.
Yes lovely tent but read our review, its the small things that let it down slightly in our opinion. If Cabanon just stepped it up a gear and just put a little bit extra thought into their tents it would make all the difference between a beautifully made tent and the best tent ever.
