hi fellow campers...can't wait for the season to start testing out our new tent (aztec seville 4)at keswich campsite on the banks of derwent water any tips or comments on either tent or site would be welcome...thanks a lot happy camping

Sounds like a plan, nice part of the Lakes is Keswick, I don't know the campsite you mention, but I have camped at "Bridge End Farm" campsite, lovely little site maybe only 30 pitches or so, and 5 statics I seem to remember.

The campsite is just at the Northern end of Lake Thirlmere, the campsite is one of three that I use on my cycle ride from Manchester to Annan on the Scotish border.

Pitch price was £8 and the shower block/toilets were spotless, 20p for a hot shower, well worth it.

Keswick is a lovely place to test out your new tent. Is it the CC campsite? Have you had a look at the reviews on the 'camp site search' (yellow button above) - real campers reviews, not just the blurb which camp site owners want you to read.

cheers guys...yes i've checked the reviews it is the cc campsite sounds cool we usally stayon castlerigg farm in keswick so know the area just not the campsite willlet you know how i get on...happy camping
