arrrrghh... Why cant I find a Nevada M under £300?? Looked at loads of sites and cant find one for less than £300. Go outdoors had one in for £300 but im wondering if thats the 2010 or 2011 version? All the ones I have come across seem to be 2011 ones, although I dont know the difference really
I would be happy with a 2010 version if i can get it cheaper

There are some on ebay at the momeny but some distance away from blackpool but they have the 2010 tent carpet extension and footprint at a buy it now of £300.
yeah I saw that one and am currently watching it, got a feeling they prob got it in the go outdoors sale for £150 lol
still, a good deal for everything considering the tents £300 on its own
I am so glad I bought a 2010 model over the winter. £199 brand new. Sorry, not trying to rub it in emmatobin, but have had so much bad luck myself getting stuff at a reasonable price, or even at all! (can't get a Florida 6 carpet for love nor money as been discontinued). 2011 prices are through the roof for some things. Good luck though. If I see a bargain I will let you know.

I picked a Nevada M for a bargain price earlier in the year , nice tents but a lot of money for what they are, certainly wouldnt pay the list price of £399 for the 2011 model though. Good luck in finding one I think Ebay is probably your best bet now
Have you got a Go Outdoorts discount card, Emma? If so, you'll get periodic mailings from GO - it was one of those mailshots that announced the Boxing Day sale in which they offered Nevada Ms at just £150 with footprint, extension and carpet.
In the current GO March sale, the Nevada is listed at £299, the same price as their website (which you've seen).
All I can advise is to keep checking in Google (web search and 'shopping' search) because these tents do get discounted from time to time.
By the way, did you you mentioned meets in another thread (can't remember where it was now)? If so, this meet might be in reach of Blackpool.
If last year is anything to go by you should see the odd "weekend special" starting to appear next month. The two "big boys" to watch are Go Outdoors and Yeomans (the Yeomans tent shows will also start next month). Last year I bought our Nevada M by using Go's price match on a weekend 25% of deal at Yeomans. Throughout the year various deals kept happening - so keep your eye's peeled.
As for the difference between 2010 and 2011 models there are some extra guy lines which Velcro round the tent poles (Outwell call this their "Wind Stabilizer System") which doesn't add much in my opinion. Another change is the tent ships with three different types of pegs which are colour coded for the tent corners, sides and luminous ones for the remaining guys. All other changes are cosmetic, with slight colour differences on the canvas. All in all not much to miss if you do get a 2010 one, but chances are you'll get a 2011 by default if buying new.
Happy hunting, this is a nice tent.

Hi, try stapeley water gardens, Nantwich. Bought a 2010 Nevada m for £200 today, still got some left. No footprints/carpets though.
01270 611500 website a bit naff.
Hope that helps!
Just need carpet and footprint for ours now :-)
i don,t know if you have got sorted and you may not be interested but there is one on ebay at the moment with canopy. There is carpet under a different seller as well.
We bought a Nevada M today for £251 at Go Outdoors under the price matching scheme. Having found one at £279.99 at SKCamping.com, Go Outdoors matched minus 10%.
However - A WORD OF WARNING!!!
GO in Swindon had a 2010 model on display. I thought this was just because they hadn't got round to changing the display. When we checked their stock thay had 4 for sale, of which only one was a 2011 model - all the others were 2010 models. We could easily have picked up a 2010 model and paid the same price for it! The only differentiator was the luminous yellow piping on the blue bag - the 2010 models don't have this. In fact the Outwell labels on the 2010 tents actually show the 2011 model. I think this is misleading.
For the record, I noticed the 2011 model has the following differences over the 2010 one (there could be others):
Mud valance is now black, with black banding to match around the doors.
Inner tent is now fixed to groundsheet with proper tethers, not just silly hooks which come adrift.
Cable entry is moved up sidewall instead of in groundsheet.
Curtains now have bottom up toggles, which means they can be set so you can see out of the top half while keeping privacy at bottom.
Groundsheet reinforced where inner tent is tethered.
just felt I needed to respond to the above post. We unfortunately had to return our original 2011 Nevada M to Go Outdoors last week due to a fault in the SIG. Our original did have the illuminous piping on the
bag and when they tried to give us a replacement without the illuminous piping we thought they were trying to fob us off with a 2010 model. I can definately assure you that the tent we have is a 2011 model, have had the tent out and it does have the additional features as mentioned in the above post. Guess they ran out of illuminous piping
