Hi all,

Am new to all this camping lingo and have been offered the above tent for me and my kids, I have no idea what kind of tent it is all I have been told is that its by Footpath Outdoor Pursuits and it looks like a square tent.

Please does anyone have any info on it or any idea's if its a decent one. They seller wants £80 and I want to make sure I am not being ripped off :(

I can't help you Linsey, I didn't get any joy from glancning at google either. Hopefully someone far more experienced will be along soon to offer some advice.

I'm really not sure sorry, I think it's probably quite an obscure one. It seems to be quite a risky purchase because you don't know how it's constructed and if it has any basic features. You probably could get a 2010 model Vango Icarus 500 on ebay for the same kind of money in the next few months.

I am having the same problems finding out information, my friend at work recommended i asked on here. They have said it is in good condition but you never know and its just I have been made redundant but booked a camping holiday for August as I had a trailer tent but I had to sell it to make sure I could cover my rent and I have just found out that i cannot cancel the pitch and I would still need to pay for it so hence attempting to buy a tent as a caravan even a cheap one is a bit out of my reach. Might just have to suck it and see as they say and hope I do not waste my money.
