Rage have a pretty awful reputation to be honest. I'd stay well clear and use your money towards something else

Only ever seen one in action, it collapsed and poles broke after one trip in slight breeze

We started out camping a few years back with a Rage Loften 6-man tent and thought it was great for 'fair weather' camping. Quite spacious with good height, the only reason we got rid of it was to upgrade to a larger tent with sewn in groundsheet as opposed to the separate fly sheet in Loften.

Not sure if the company are still in business but most poles these days can be replaced quite easily so dont let any little snags put you off getting this tent if you can pick it up cheap!

We had a Rage - not the loften did not pay much for it so it was a good starter tent but would not recommend them:

1. No sewn in groundsheets and the bottom of the tent was a good few inches of the ground.

2. The tent is light grey with white sleeping pods so as soon as the sun shone it was like having a bright light shone in your face so not much good if you want to sleep till after 7.

3. Not very good quality.
