Are downsizing from Royal Pescara (good tent but big beast) we are looking for following features:

4 person, Standing headroom throughout, easy pitch (less than 30 mins), small and light packed (so prob fibre glass poles), spring/summer/autumn use, important we need an enclosed entrance porch to provide buffer to bad weather, seperate living space, sewn in groundsheet throughout.

Only thing I can see that fits bill is the Coleman Fremont 4 but looks bit big.

Your advice greatly appreciated.

The obvious answer is the Vango Icarus 500 with enclosed canopy. I'd say the 400 but it has a slightly lower head height. The 500 is a 15 minute pitch time (excluding canopy) and is very simple construction - three poles - all the same size so no colour coding.

Don't know how healthy your budget is but the OUTWELL GLENDALE Looks like a good contender, that porch seems to fit the bill perfectly There are some pics of the tent in the tent review section too.... Looks a goodun, steel poles too are always a bonus, The Coleman tens are a good quality, decent sized tent but they somewhat lack the strength and stability expected with their price tag IMO (I do have one and speak from experience) ....

thanks, the Glendale looks great but prob a bit over budget. Max £300 and apologies I should have said this in post.

Have found Vango Columbia (400 suits car space) but poss the 600 but looks a pain in arse to set up according to reviews.
