Does anyone know where I can get a replacement flexi pole for the Swift 300?
Came back from Snowdonia and found we have a shattered pole. Contacted Vango, wo told me that replacement poles were not available, only the ferrule.
I'm a bit miffed, the tent is only a couple of years old, one of many Vangos (bought a Spectre 300 this week). I realise it was probably a folding problem, but I was hoping it would last more than 20 nights before a lack of spare parts consigned it to the bin :-(
