No problem, just thought being more pricey then the cheaper tents they might have beefed up the pegs. I'll get some treaded bivvy T pegs that will hold it down
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
We have managed so far with the pegs that came with the Kampa Croyde, however I am a fair weather camper so we havent encountered any bad weather yet! We have now invested in some rock pegs and will be getting some more - just in case! We have however bent a lot of our original pegs. So I would get some more to be on the safe side
If you have a look at the Montana on the Outwell website they have a video pointing out the main points of the tent. About a minute or so the bloke (clearly bored as he's done a similar video for evey Outwell, Robens and Easycamp tent there is!!) talks about the Outwell Easy Pegging System (everything they do has to be called a system even if it simply means three different types of peg). This system involves four steel V pegs for the corners, chunky black plastic pegs for non-guy pegs and chunky yellow plastic pegs for the guys. This is a good start for your peg collection but many of the yellow pegs should be Deltas and you will need some rock pegs for the collection as well.
