Please answer any of these questions you can.

Does the Montana six (2011) still come with some type of thermometer? or was that just older models

Can the Rear bedrooms be completely removed- all partitions and hooks on the floor?

On the 2011 model does the front door zip at the bottom now?

Are all vents and windows able to be completely shut? (top and Bottom) zipped or Velcro

Does any one know the exact width of the front door?

On the covered side entrance, does any other Outwell extensions or awnings fit over this to give a little more added room? In some of the pictures i have seen it looks like they were able to use options from other outwell tents?

I would like to order some spare replacement poles, just incase- Any suggestions of where to try and purchase?

I really appreciate your help!

I just received the tent and it has been raining non stop! I cant wait to get it pitched!

Hi,

can't answer them all however some answers below

Does the Montana six (2011) still come with some type of thermometer? or was that just older models
No it doesn't.

Can the Rear bedrooms be completely removed- all partitions and hooks on the floor?

Yes they can, they also zip down the middle so that you can have one bedroom pod up on it's own if required.

On the 2011 model does the front door zip at the bottom now?

The front door zips up completely yes as does including the mesh screen. The small side door has a velcro fatening at the bottom though (the mesh screen inside that zips up completely though)

Are all vents and windows able to be completely shut? (top and Bottom) zipped or Velcro

All of the vents are zipped at the sides and velcro at the bottom. The 2011 doesn't have opening windows, the curtains are zipped from the bottom.

Does any one know the exact width of the front door?

Sorry I don't, would have to check when pitched, it's huge though both in width and height.

On the covered side entrance, does any other Outwell extensions or awnings fit over this to give a little more added room? In some of the pictures i have seen it looks like they were able to use options from other outwell tents?

No idea sorry,

I would like to order some spare replacement poles, just incase- Any suggestions of where to try and purchase?

I've seen them on the web for 2010 models for about £40 per set (1 side), not sure if they fit, I guess they will though.

Hope ths helps a bit,

Good luck!

hi campalots

just a quick question also, with the side windows not opening anymore are the vents sufficient to keep the tent cool?

Hi,

The honest answer is that we have no idea yet sorry! We've only been out in it once and that was a couple of weeks ago when it wasn't particularly warm.

There seem to be plenty of door/ vent /mesh screen options to play with and when we bought it we looked at the tent+awning as whole package and think it will be ok.

To be fair, when we did the review we only scored it 9/10 for that reason, on the face of it it's a fantastic tent however as yet not really tested like the Vango we had was therefore there are still some unanswered questions!

My 2010 has torn along the seam and yeomans have agreed to replace it but only with a 2011 model and that was my only worry, there are larger windows and no facility to open them so would the tent be a lot more stuffy
