Glad I went for the Guadeloupe now instead of an Infinity 400. It's a shame really because I love the concept. I really hope Vango persue it and get the quality issues sorted.
Someones dropped a clanger here and it could damage Vango's reputation. They need to be on the ball in sorting issues and making sure the disappointed customers are treated correctly.

Maybe the 12 years development consisted of 6 months product development and 11.5 years thinking of an obscure patent to stop people making a similar product after Vango reinvented it.

we tested ours against the elements on sunday & it leaked, took it back to the shop today and they will send it to Vango for testing, ave the pictures though so lets hope they don't pull a fast one..
