We've stuck extra velcro on there, which was fairly successful and we also use four large clingons with shockcord, on the mahoosive front door, to peg it down across it's entire width. You're right it's a crap design but with a great barn of a place like an Aspen I can't see how they could have done it differently. We never use that front door anyway so we prefer to button it up tight once we've used it to unload our kit ( we put the back of our car just inside the tent to unload). During the day we roll the window blinds and place them over the gap and put mats over them to keep them in place, it can get a bit draughty sometimes but not a showstopper. With the front all securely pegged down you could put your dogs' baskets/beds right at the front, giving them a bit of fresh air and keeping any draughts off you !! We should start an owners club and go on a Khyam Aspen Rally
