As much as I prefer canvas tents. I too have been waiting too see what the reviews are like for the Citadel 4 after a good write up in the camping magazine. Just want a quick to erect, simple, standing height tent thats strong and with a sig. just to use for a night or two and doesn't take up half the boot. Nearly bought it last month but it's quite expensive so decided to wait and see what others thought.
Can't comment on the specifics of the citadel but have owned a wild country levache for about 8 years, seen lots of use and it is an incredibly well made tent
thanks for the tip about the write up in the camping mag - have just ordered my own copy of the May edition!
know what you mean about the wild country reputation - we have had a 'monsoon' for years while the children were little (one big sleeping space; great!). still going strong and only replacing it because there's only 2 of us in it and we too just want a quick to erect, simple, standing height tent that's strong and with a sig.

We have a Wild Country homestead 5 and its been fantastic and very similar to the citadel 4 realy easy to pitch even for 1 person and so solid for quite a big tent ,
Wild Country tents are excellent we have had 2 in the past and couldnt fault either, their after sales service is top notch to and they are a really friendly as well. They are made by Terra Nova by the way
