We are new too camping and have just got the vango inflatable tent for three. when we tried to inflate it yesterday the nozzle on the pump would not stay in the tent attachment which means its not inflating each of the tubes..... has anyone else had this and been able to solve it?
I have asked the same question of vango, but its the weekend and they are not about till monday, so thought there may be some kind person who could help.
many thanks

Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
We have the Vango Infinity Airbeam 600 which uses the same pump and nozzle attachment as yours.
We have found that that when inflating the tubes, it's much easier if someone helps by holding the pump nozzle into the tent tube attachment.
No need to push it in too hard, just press the attachment into the hole, and hold it firmly whilst a second person pumps up the tent. If the nozzle slips out, and air escapes, then you have to screw in the valve in the tent beam.
These are "boston" valves, which are identical to valves on our yacht tender boat, and shouldn't let air out, when being inflated by the pump.
Thankyou so much for your help and words of encouragement :-) its good to know that we were on the right track and will be more persistent, with a bit more team work ;-)
