We have been 'lurking' on this great site for a while now, So the time has come for me to ask the great wealth of knowledge uk campsite brings a question.
We have a Vango Verona 8dlx and are in need of a canopy/extension for the front door so we can cook under it. There are universal ones out there but iam not sure if there ok for our tent.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and welcome
Vango never made a "specific" canopy for the Verona but you do have a choice of Vango canopies.
Vango tunnel canopy, discontinued but Ebay have some
Vango tunnel extension, discontinued but again Ebay
Vango Tigris enclosed "side" canopy available as current model.
Most other makes of universal side canopies should fit
Hope this helps

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
If you manage to find an enclosed canopy that fits teh verona I would be grateful if you would let me have the details as I am having the same problem finding a suitable canopy. I am told that the Tigris side canopy doe not fit
Thanks
Mike

We bought the Vango Tigris/Nevis, It fits really well, we have had it out only once this summer so we havnt really got used to putting it up as there was a few gaps down the side.
We use it to put all our cooking gear in and it frees up so much room in the main tent it looked a bit bare :)
We are also on the lookout for an extension to our Vango Verona 8DLX. Reading through your reply from last year, we weren't sure whether the Vango Tigris extension you bought was a good fit or not. Have you used the tent with the extension since and would you recommend the combination?
We bought the vango verona 8dlx and use a kalahari porch from go outdoors, it fits on the side has closing doors has been great to cook in and put pushchair and bikes in, it gives us some very valuable space, i now am trying to find a compatable footprint and possible carpet as with the new porch the inside section of our tent really is the inside, no mud or anything now
