Decided I needed a Cabanon, mentioned it on here a few times recently.
Well today whilst browsing and learning more about them, I noticed that one I had been watching to see how high it went, and also fairly local, about seventy five miles, had had a buy it now placed on it, strange as they were already getting bids. So I offered the BIN price, and I am now the new owner. Feels real good to own a Cabanon. They offered to errect it in the garden, but I had seen pictures and it looked ok. It's now sat in my lounge waiting to be pitched tomorrow afternoon. Don't ask for pictures please, as I can't post them.
Oh yes, from my browsing on Cabanon porn sites, I believe it to be an Eloise. Not the exact model I wanted, but near enough. I've also decided that I want a Latitude or similar, using one sleeping pod, so freeing up the other side of the tent, for solo camping.
STRANGE. I posted this in the camping under canvas section, and it was there, next to builders bum post. Now it's on here.
------------- Canvas tent, paraffin light, petrol stove. Heaven
I'd rather be kayaking.
Spent up, not pent up, just had my new tent up.

duffs54 Cheers
cathyh can't post picturers
Zeelees This ones not for solo camping. It's for when I camp with SWMBO only about twice a year. She did mention having a couple of days in it just to try it out though.
3madboys It's mainly blue and silver with green round the windows. It has three seperate sleeping pods. One for me one for SWMBO and one for clutter
fostermum Thank you for photo offer. I was looking at those as well, but like the style of the latitude.
mzzy Very similar, but no kitchen extension on the side.
9iron, can't do pics yet
It took me six goes to post the above, each time I checked back on something, it had all disappeared
