Some of you may remember my post last week about the Cabanon tent which is now rehomed. Now I've had chance to put up the little pyramid tent I also got off eBay recently. It is fantastic, love it to bits and in A1 condition, just a few very small holes which have been patched up with sealant. So here it is in all its glory, it's on the small side for us, but I reckon it will be a nice weekend tent and perhaps will help me persuade OH to go for a larger pyramid. The badge is Relum and the card inside the bag says it's a Tropik 3. Oh and I am definitely not parting with this one, sorry lol!!
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Thank you!! We love it too, yes and the curtains, was really impressed they have little tiebacks and everything. I have never come across Relum before, and must say we are astonished at the level of detail and the quality. OH and kids are camping in it tonight
Wow, you really hit the jackpot with those two tents! Just goes to show it is worth looking out for the nameless ones as some people haven't a clue what they are selling!
Relum are great tents Vicky - my relum pyramid is very solid. Yours looks great - especially those curtains!
Thanks Cathy, yes it was just listed as a Pyramid tent, so had no idea what brand it was, but this is my way of getting OH converted to buying something canvas LOL We saw the pyramids in Obelink at Easter and I really want one, am hoping this might convince him (certainly the bell tent is out of the window for now lol). It was easy to put up (well will be easier next time as we only realised after it was inner first lol) and just oozes quality. He is taken with the fact that it says Made in Czechoslovakia on it as we lived in the Czech Republic for a while and that just shows its age as it hasn't been called that since 1992!
I did wonder whether it was a pyramid or a ridge, because of the roof pole, yes!! I think it's a cross somewhere between the 2 then lol Either way it's great, and definitely waterproof as OH and kids are still dry despite all the rain last night!
