Apparently they are not all that good, leaks etc (might be wrong) but I would go for a more well known and reviewed manufacturer....vango,outwell,kampa...and of course the canvases...cabanon,hypercamp,esvo, Skandika and rage/bergen tents have been described as aircraft hangers ..but then this is what i've picked up on here and £250 in this day and age is a lot of money to discover you have bought a giant sieve!

I completely agree. I know of around half a dozen people who bought Skandika tents from Ebay and every single one of them have given up camping because of the experience using these tents. The complaints ranged from bad build quality to leaking like a sieve. And they all paid a lot of money at the time. The tents look good, but looking good is never a measure into how its going to perform.

Cool campers use Delta Pegs.

I've noticed one or two tent suppliers selling off display models.

I could have picked up a MINT outwell Vermont XL for £399 instead of my shiney new Montana which I'm semi gutted about.

I know it's over your budget but I'm sure cheaper models will be reduced aswell

That looks like a good price.

As does this?
http://www.outdoorworlddirect.co.uk/vango-breakout-600-dlx-tent-premium-tent.html

Vango 6-man tunnel tent with footprint and carpet for £199?
Is the Breakout a new model? I can't find any reviews.
