So I ended up buying one. I still haven't seen one in the flesh though. We were hoping to go along to the Yeomans show at Ambleside but I had the foresight to call them before setting off....they didn't have one (200 mile round trip avoided !).

Anyhow, GoOutdoors had one so I just took "John,mel,3kids" advice and bought it without seeing it. £737.10 with the footprint and carpet (thanks to their match +10% scheme).

Hasn't arrived so we havent pitched it yet....there's the next challenge. I cannot see it being as easy as our old ridgi-dome.

Be warned, it does take an awful long time to pitch, we've done ours twice now. I wouldn't say it's difficult, we have managed ours quite easily, but there are a lot of guy ropes and pegging points so it is time consuming - but once it's up it's most definitely worth it! I absolutely love ours, as I say, have now used it twice and both times I've really not wanted to take it down and leave - the wardrobe in it is fantastic and the bedroom size when you open the divider up is fab for our needs! You won't be disappointed! Happy camping - don't forget to show us some pictures when you're back!

Regards,
Kathryn

I am new to the forum and hope you don't mind me asking but we are looking to buy the same tent (or Vermont L not completely decided yet) and that is a fab price which may swing our decision - where did you find it for the price GoOutdoors price matched to please?
