Hi all newbie here :)
Could any one help with set up of our tent. Seems there are no videos now to see how to set up. Are there any tips you could share or point us in the right way.
Thought there maybe a link some were but nothing even on you tube or outwell web site.

the two cross poles go inside and are secured in place by velcro.when you put these in put them in so they are hanging down, then once the ends are in the small sleeves yu can rotate the poles upwards and secure them with the velcro.
You are correct it is huge, even bigger if you have the extension as well
Lol. Yes got the extension as well!!! Plus a carpet. ?
Been told I'd need a ground sheet but they are as rare as hens teeth:)
Got a week in the lake district and another week at fort William Booked up
just buy a builders tarp from b&Q or somewhere similar, lots cheaper than the normal footprint.
Just make sure it is roughly 2 inches smaller than the size of your tent, this will stop rain getting between the groundsheet of your tent and the footprint tarp

Don't worry - it's a breeze (unless it's windy, then it's a KITE!)
We're just back from holiday with ours - 2 adults, no helpers.
Just remember to open the zip at the front door slightly - that'll let air in as you raise it. Close it before you finally peg your guys to make sure it's not going to pull when you try to close it.
Also, loosen the grey straps at the base of where the poles get attached to the pins - makes it easier to get them in, then you can go round and tighten them later.
Great tent - LOADS of room, especially with only 1 bedroom pod up like we had this time and the extension is great for cooking under and keeping any rain off the sloping front entrance.
