Wasnt there summit about tricking the home delivery system by putting in 1st half of local postcode then when it comes to actually putting in your address details adding your correct postcode and it worked? Sure others did that when the bases were going end of line.

Yep, you can either officially now order from a non local store, or "trick" the system but as you say, other people have definitely ordered from a store not local to them.
Still 105 in stock at the moment.

Really, you can order even if you're not in the catchment area? Because when I checked their delivery T&C, it said that they could not deliver to my postcode I live near Bristol so not very local LOL.
I need to see if they would agree to deliver one to their Reading store as that's a bit closer (but with the price of petrol these days...)

I think I will call them tomorrow
In the meantime put a post up with a heading of "Will Decathlon post nationally?" or similar to grab the attention of someone that has bought this way.
Or do a search of the forums to drag some info up. Just searching for "Decathlon" might give some results.
Good luck!

Hi If you ring the store that you have seen the item stocked in, they will tell you how to order it online. Basically they will tell you to put their postcode in the delivery info part. They will then manually change delivery when they get the order. You must ring them though to ok it all, especially stock as whenever I have rung them, the amount reading in stock online has always been very different to their actual stock in store!
Hi,
I ordered the base seconds from a non-local store and had no problems with delivery. Basically I just put the start of the store postcode in the postcode box, and my own postcode alongside my town in the 'Town' address box. Simples!!
