We have just bought the montana 6 and awning. Absolutely love it! The awning was ideal to store the kitchen cupboard, cooking stuff, table and chairs and is an ideal place to eat in wet weather (fabulous for stopping the kids dropping food on the carpet in the main living area too). I was worried that it might have been a faff to fit it, but proved to be ok and took 15 minutes the first time we did it. You can fully roll up the front in good weather.
I would take a tent with it though as it might be a bit drafty if you just take the awning

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
I have just purchased the front awning for the montana 6 from go outdoors at a bargain price of 116.98 they had to price match it what a bargain, I got this for my vermont l as the kids are bringing a coach load to flamingoland next year
Bigbrd93 - can I ask who you got go outdoors to price match to get it for £116.98. Am off to go outdoors for a Montana 6 at the weekend and for that price might just have to add the awning as well:-) Thanks
