Is there another tent carpet that will fit this the samara 600? Its the last item on our list before goong away and a bit pricey :(

I would either look on the web for discounted old stock carpets that are a near fit or use a few picnic blankets perhaps?

The Vango carpets are made in one piece. Brands such as Gelert make at least some of theirs from strips of carpet sewn together, covering the joins with binding tape so they are cheaper. Given that they can custom make them like this you could make one likewise from cheaper tent carpet or find a cheaper branded one to fit.
