hope you get a good one next, i have bought 2 brand new outwells, a vermont xl and a salinas l and BOTH have to go back, the vermont xl has come away on the ends of the pole sleeves (bad stitching) and the salinas has 2 faults on the ground sheet,a hole and a patch! ithought vango were having a bad year!!

Fingers crossed that the Athena is 100%.

Let us know how you get on and i'll be interested to see the video of the leaky Outwell once uploaded.

Any chance you can pitch the new tent and use a garden hose on it before you take it away?

Good to hear that you have it sorted.

I have had terrible problems, only helped by a supportive retailer getting any aftercare support out of Outwell.  Bit shocking as they are supposed to be a market leader.
