Seam sealer for the seams applied to the inside of the tent, Fabsil or another brand of waterproofer applied to the outside however this may only serve as a temporary solution as when a tent starts to leak through the material its normally on its way out. This is for a polyester tent I assume ie the Tesco one

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
Thanks for the advise i will try and see if it works. We bought the tent second hand because we werent sure the kids would like it the women said it had only been used once so i hope its not on its way out. Might need to think about buying a better 1

Mmmm you tend to get what you pay for but often people start with a Tesco or Halford type tent and then move on to something branded like Outwell, Khyam etc.
Thanks
We probably just going to buy a new one because the kids had a great time. Only thing is the few times we been campin it has been raining quite bad so we need a tent that wont let in water does any1 know what tents are good but resonably priced
You say that water was "coming in everywhere". Are you sure it wasn't condensation? Warm damp air inside the tent condenses readily with cool rain on the outside.
