Hi when putting up and taking down our frame tent last week we found the tent poles really stiff to push together and take apart again. Is there anything we can use to ease them, such as silicone spray etc?

Silicone spray will be fine,just use sparingly to make sure it doesn't get onto the canvas.

Fabsil is silicone based and makes a great lubricant for poles. It won't damage your canvas either.
