Just after people's opinion. I have an Outwell Salinas and wondered which would be the most useful option - an awning or an extension?

Depends what you're looking to use it for.
I have a Salinas and went for the awning in the end - although it's primarily for cooking in (you can open it up fully at the front and use it as an extension/canopy), I found it handy to be able to fully zip it all up in bad weather

When you say open it fully - can you unzip the entire front or is it just a door (as in the Outwell video)?
