This year we purchased a 2011 Montana 6 tent. On pitching it for the first time we found it had faults. We then changed the tent another 2 times only to find all the tents had faults. We were gutted as this was the tent we had set our hearts on for our growing family. All we ended up with was a front extension, footprint and carpet and no tent to use them with.
We then emailed OASE Outdoors and attached pictures with the faults that the 3 Montana's had.
We didn't expect to get very far as we have read how hard it was to get a response from OASE or Outwell.
Eventually, we spoke to a lady called Nana who was very sympathetic to our bad luck. After speaking with her she apologised and told us that there were no more Montana 6's in stock and so she offered us the Montana Lake as compensation.
We have accepted the tent and it's amazing.
We want to let people now that OASE Outdoors and especially Nana have restored our faith in the Outwell name. The level of customer care and attention has been excellent and they really took on board our comments and grievances.

Let's hope they've improved their customer service because they've read all the comments on ukcampsite... Being Danish myself I have felt a bit ashamed about their bad service!!!

Hope so, I also think Facebook has helped as lots of people have posted problems on their page which can't be helpful.
