I was a t a dog show recently, where i was camping for the weekend and had my Outwell Nevada 2011 (which i love), however i saw a car parked in the day parking area and it had a tent attached to the back of the car (just an ordinarly saloon car) i have searched the internet for these and thought that they were the Carnopy's but it isn't??

Any ideas anyone as these will be perfect for day shows when it is rain (which it usually is)

there are a couple on ebay at the moment, one popped up on my daily local search for stuff and I started looking it up myself as I'd never seen such a thing.

I'm still thinking 'why?' or are you meant to leave the boot open and use that as part of your sleeping space?

it could be a "packa-shack" a new company with tents to fit nearly all hatch backs, sorry I don't know the address but they do have a website.

They're handy for some vehicles where you have sleeping space in the vehicle itself, like we did in our Mitsubishi and a lot of LRs do. But for a normal car, I can't see the point. I wonder if there are any numpties about who think it might be convenient being able to use the car exhaust as a tent heater??
