Something like an Icarus 600 should be OK, and will not break the bank. Can you manage to get from the wheelchair in the living room to the raised airbed under your own steam or do you need assistance??

We have an Icarus 500 and we use the bedroom pod just for the 2 of us with plenty of room, the 600 would just give you a bit more. There is a small lip at the bottom of the front door, but I'm sure your chair would just flatten it each time you go over. The whole thing fits into a reasonable sized holdall too.

Why not snap up a second hand canvas frame tent from ebay?  They're going quite cheap at this time of year. There would be plenty of space for your wheelchair in the living area of a frame tent. If you get a 6 berth, a high-rise airbed will easily fit in the 4 berth bedroom pod with room to move around the bed.

You can buy an electric hook-up unit, which plugs into the campsite electricity point, to recharge your wheelchair. Of course, you can also use the electric for boiling a kettle, using a heater, recharging 'phones etc. too. Before you purchase an electric unit, read the information about them on this site - make sure it's a proper camping unit, not a home-made type cable with domestic multi plug unit!
