Oooh that's brill Was hoping for a pic! I think I actually prefer the Calisto front canopy over the Maritsa. My only concern would be that it looks slightly smaller in height than the tent, making the tent look sort of taught where it meets the canopy if that makes sense? Did you have any rain while you were camping? If so, how did it hold up where the canopy and tent meet?

The height dimensions are the same. I think the reason it looks a little tight is because we were on a slight up hill slope. We didn't have any problems on the night that we had rain. It certainly didn't cause any leaks. :-)
Sorry not sure that was clear. The back of the pitch (where the main living area is) was fairly flat while yhe front if the pitch (from the porch onwards) was slightly uphill. I think thats why the join looks particularly tight!
Thanks for that marktoots When I was looking at the height dimensions of the Calisto Canopy compared the the Maritsa, it looked like the canopy was about 5cm smaller in height, which I did wonder about too. Glad to hear it held up to rain ok, which I guess would be my main concern! Looks good Oh dear.... I feel more spending coming on!

Thanks for the advice and for posting the pic! I'd actually gone for the family shelter and although it worked quite well, the Callisto canopy is more what I'm after and will be on the lookout for one when we go camping again in the new year!
I have both the family shelter and the adventure tarp
The adventure tarp is much smaller and shaped to fit round a front pole of a tent but for those quite a bit smaller that the Maritsa really. Think you might find it too small both width and lengthways. The family shelter tarp is so much bigger and really versatile as it doesn't have the curved, shaped back.
Others may be of a different opinion though so I'm ready to stand corrected!

Found our Nivana ❤️
We have the adventure tarp to go on the front of our large tent but it's not intended to be a sheltered place to sit...more of a rain cover so we can leave one of the front doors rolled up when it is hot but raining (pretty much summer then )
