An affordable but equally high spec alternative to the Montana 600 - take a look at Vango's version - the 2009 Vango Columbia 600. Still some around as retailers are using a pre-production image with fibreglass poles when it actually has excellent steel poles. Was in Vango's premium range - 5000HH and a whole host of features. Has the advantage of 2/3 bedroom option, low level vents and a full or part opening front. Only 1 mesh door though. I saw one retailer selling them for £225 the other day (RRP in 2009 £450, would be well over £600 today!). You have to be creative for a footprint or carpet (sew 2 together?) as the dedicated ones have well sold out. The 2011 Samara 600 canopy will fit though - go for smoke (grey blue) tent and blue canopy for this combination.

Not a tent for a weekend IOHO, as will take 40 mins to pitch (the same as the Montana) plus longer to equip, but perfect for longer. We have 2 (1 as an eventual replacement) as its so good!
------------- Love our set-up and need no more tents or gear, so trying to stop looking!
