OK here's my problem, i was going to get a outwell Maryland xl this year but it appears they have stopped producing them, so i am wanting a large family tent with ideally 4 bedrooms, a living and separate kitchen area, a lot to ask i know but does anyone have any idea's please.

i have looked at the studland 8 and tenby 10 as i've heard good reviews about kampa, the thing with the studland 8 is the open front, i know you can get a vestibule but not sure how water tight these are.....

I have the polzeath (studland classic now) and have no issues with water. They are totaly water proof. You can't go wrong.......

We used to have a Royal Pescara 8zg,same shape as the Maryland but with small utility off the back,ideal for the toilet. 4 beds or 2 large beds,lounge area,large front porch,we used as a kitchen plus a great canopy with sides.Read the reviews on here and see the pictures,thats what led us to buying it
