I can't say about the value for money, but you need to be aware that some campsites will charge you extra for another tent while an annexe will be included in the basic price.

Ive got both...basically the flexidome are fibreglass poles on the smaller tent range, whereas the rigidome are aluminium poles used on the larger tent range. Both of mine have given me excellent service. My 10 year old flexidome is wearing out slowly and the the pole system is still as good as the day I bought it, whereas the tent flysheet is showing signs of heavy use....which is appropriate to the amount of use its had, which includes literally thousands of miles strapped to the rack on my motorbike with bungees, which wouldn't do the tent fabric much good.I'll defo buy another just for the ease of pitching, inspite of the premium price assocaited with the brand, relative to other manufacturers. the rigidome system is far more ribust, but the cost and weight do add a premium, but again the simplicity of erection for such a large tent pays dividends. It's just a pain to transport and pack away, and it consumes the majority of the car boot....as any tent of this size would, inevitably. The rigidome has received far less use than the flexidome...but as a family sized tent for extended stays its the next best thing to a frame tent, at a fraction of the cost and weight.

We've got a Screenhouse, and it's fab. It goes up super-fast and gives a good area with standing height and good ventilation with insect mesh panels. We really like ours.
It's worth investing in an optional bedroom inner (check you have the toggles on the roof first though, as we bought a new one and took it on hols to France with our brand new inner, thinking we could use it for overnights, only to open it all up and find we'd bought a model without any roof toggles!), as it very quickly converts into a lovely spacious bedroom area!
Just make sure you get the corner guys in when it's on it's knees, if there's the slightest breeze. On a calm day, it's just a matter of a couple of clicks and it's up.
You can put the doorway up as a canopy (2 king poles included), which is useful.
Hope this helps!

P.S. As for sturdiness, they are good when guyed out. Yes, they can sway a little bit in high winds, but we use Delta pegs and I've never been in the least bit worried about it (and that's from someone who is a Cabanon frame tent addict, so am used to rock solid tents!).
