I'v just bought the base seconds full to add to the base seconds 4.2 we already have. I also got the 2seconds illumin tent so our elder daughter has her own space, looking forward to seeing it all set up now!

I'm a bit puzzled by a flap of fabric under each of the flaps that extend out over the small tent. They are joined by hooks at the top and stitched on at the bottom It's not clear on the demo video what they are for. Anyone any ideas?

They are in 1 of the vids im sure they hook somewhere to support the flaps up instead of them resting on the smaller tent and putting a dip in the roof.

Hi there.
I am considering buying a base seconds full can you tell me if the flaps that over hang the smaller tents have openings that can be zipped up. e.g i want to buy one as additional living space but i want to be able to seal it off to keep us warm at night while it rains or blows a gale. i dont want a draught coming in through the open flaps that overhang our small pop up..i hope i have explained myself!
thanks

I had been concerned by that and checked before buying. All sides zip up snugly so no nasty draughts

Having tried out our new base seconds full and Illumin with our old 4.2 this weekend I thought I'd post some pictures of them twinned. It worked very well and can't wait to go again!
