Orderd & paid for a "base sends XL" in December £200 online with £15 delivery. As stated "in stock".All,s good I hear u say?emailed me back"non in stock"? But took my cash! Long story short. Emailed & rang store manager to say weren't happy & out of order.as was present for friends birthday & now cant get it to them on the date"it weren't really as Orderd it for myself". He said he,d order me one"as only ones they had where in France in a warehouse". I sed I wanted a discount for the hassle as they took my cash but no tent in stock!!! Fair dink-um to him.orderd it for me, knocked £30 off price + free delivery! So what should of been £215 in total I got for £170. Only telling you all this if you pay for online and it not in stock? Even though it says it is.

Ive always found them fab when dealing online orders. Stupid system took my card once then wouldnt again for a future order, meant calling main store down south and doing it manually over the phone.

I found their online service excellent when I ordered my base seconds pop up a couple of years ago. Have struggled to get an inner for it but after a very long wait, they appeared online for sale this week.
My site had 7 in stock. Put my order in straight away only to find an email from them 3 days later to say order has been cancelled as they have none in stock
