Yes, that all makes sense now and can see that you haven't sewn through the canvas. The eldorado is drying in the sun and I may have a play with it tomorrow. Brilliant idea and so simple.

If you are going  to do it - I found the smaller and thinner the needle the better - then it bends a bit helping to stitch in such a small area - and goes through the canvas easier than the rather substantial number I started with.

You tend to forget that Anne doesn't "do" girly colours.... I'm sure there will be some pics added later of Elsie in all her glamped glory (i've already had a sneak preview)

As for your original post, I did get a strange text from one of your neighbours yesterday telling me that you had your flip-flops out...... I presumed they meant footwear .......

AARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH - aqua, pink, purple - AARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH

                                                         NEVER!!!!!!!!!

Loving the aqua - and believe it or not the blue is really growing on me! Glamping with aqua, royal blue and orange (what else!!!) Funny thing is a HATE orange in 'real life' with a passion but in campingland .....................

Work in progress - (tablecloth is going - had a trip to the fabric shop yesterday )
