Checkout the tent reviews for the Montana Lake. I have posted some pics of our Montana Lake (2010) with the Montana 6 (2010) awning attached.
The only issue was the groundsheet of the awning did not have any tabs to connect to on the tent. Not a big issue as the groundsheet was very large, the edges folded up all around to create a bath-tub effect inside anyhow - no leaks.
Makes for some great space wit hthe awning attached. The awning front also zips up entirely to create an extension if you wish. Or left zipped down as a true extension - best of both worlds! However the extension fits just the same if you wish to purchase the extension.
