Have just purchased the Voyager 6 tent from Go Outdoors as it was on display and we loved the roomy living area, the extra space the porch gives and it was a nice size for our family.

The chap in store said we would be able to get 2 double airbeds in the 4 bed compartment. But having checked the dimensions of the bedrooms once home I am not sure. The 4 bed room is listed as measuring 240cm across and 2 double airbeds would be 274cm (2x 137cm). So how can they fit in? I don't want to unpack the tent incase we need to take it back.

There are 2 adults and 2 young children so ideally would like us all to be together. We're new to camping so has anyone got any advise on fitting airbeds into voyager 6?
Can airbeds be squished to fit in the space?

Thanks

Hi,

We've got the Voyager 6 and only sleep two in the main bedroom but I think technically you would be fine to get two double airbeds in there, depending on their size. Our one double airbed fits in with ample room and I'm guessing two doubles would mean you've got only a fraction of floor space free.
I suppose if the numbers don't add up then you'll either need to return the tent or try different sleeping arrangements.

Also, I think I've seen the Voyager 6 with two different bedroom styles. Ours has two separate rooms in 1/3rd and 2/3rd sizes, the larger 2/3rd room can then be separated with a removable divider.
I'm sure I've seen others with two equal sized rooms... we bought ours in April this year during a G.O. promo.
