We've recently bought an Outwell Oakland XL with side extension as part of a tent deal. Since having our 1st camping trip last weekend, hubby is convinced that we need to buy the front extension as well, does anyone know if we can have both side and front extensions on at the same time? Sorry if this is a really daft question, but new to camping!

Sorry cant answer that question but it sounds like you need a bigger tent

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
Yes you can. If you look on the Oakland XL tent reviews you will see ours with both extensions on. We put the front one on first and thn the side one

I'd go for the awning if you want to extend (and can afford it). It is fully closed in so much more useful and less likely to act as a sail in the wind.
