Having camped next to/under a hedge on our last trip, our tent needs a bit of a clean as there were leaves and blossom falling on it, and the birds also felt the need to leave one or two gifts!
Just not sure what to use to clean it with as I obviously don't want to damage it in any way. We have a Maritsa 500, so it is a polyester tent. We have seen a couple of tent cleaning products - just wondered if anyone could offer any advice as to the best way to get it looking sparkling clean again
Thanks!

We use baby wipes for removing bird poo or mud splats, people have said before about this causing leaks but I'll be honest it's never caused us a problem.

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
I would be a bit wary about using anything other than hosing it down with perhaps a gentle wipe with a cloth for the stubborn bits like the bird sh1t. I suspect the tent may have a wee bit of sap resin on if from being under the foliage so it may feel a bit sticky to the touch. I would still try hosing it down though and stay away from any cleaning products.
