You Rang,

You need approx 50 pegs to set up,The actual setting up is pretty easy.

peg out the Zig

set frame up(you will get used to where it needs to be)

roll canvas over the frame and zip to the ZIG

go inside and close the door,Attach the sleeping pod.

then lift the frame up to full height.(good idea is to mark the poles at full height so you know when you are done in future)

then you can go back outside closing the door behind you and then start pegging the guys.

Really is a lovely tent although it is, as you would expect with a canvas tent, bulky to transport.

anything else you want to know then ask away

Living area is a decent size, Just ammended my last post to include a diagram for you to see, How many of you are there???

we never cooked inside the tent but have cooked under the built in canopy with no problems.

the bedroom pod is set out perfectly for us, there is 3 sleeping areas, these are divided by curtains that can be tied up out of the way to give more space if needed.

we did buy the obelink tarp at the same time to give us more outside cover, some more photos Here

One fault we found is with the adjustable front and back poles, the thread on the screw that keeps the poles at the right height is very fine and easily damaged. We got round this by buying some jubilee clips with a butterfly fitting, this also stops any damage to the poles.

The other fault is the rear top corners where the frame meets the canvas is not rounded off very well, we ended up starting to wear through the reinforced corner so added some tenacious tape to the corner and put an offcut of canvas on the pole corners just to stop any more wear.

Do you intent going over to Holland to view the tent???

It would be worth you looking at the Pacific, it has the built in front porch which would give a great shaded area and also a good place to cook without the need for buying a tarp

The inside is slightly bigger than the Superieur 6, 2 seperate bedroom pods and the advantage of the extended canopy.
