I bought this extension at the end of last year along with the tent and carpet.

On my first outing a couple of weeks.On erecting the extension it had several smallish holes in the roof part (about twelve in total).I mended them with the strip which was in the tent that did the job.

On my return i rang yeomans who advised me to email customer services which i did to no avail it was over a week ago now.

Does anyone know Outwells email address so i can try and get this sorted

No don't think it was to do with the poles

 It just seemed like the material was a darker shade of green with floors in it

and holes. Outwell with no email number about is very disappointing

The contact I have had with Outwell service have been excellent, they also helped me out with an issue I had with Yeomans last year but it is right that Yeomans should be your first point of call because you bought it off them and not the manufacturer.
