After a week camping in the recent high winds and heavy rain we are now having to carry out a few repairs to our tent.

Our outer fly has some ties that help to attach it to the poles, a number of these came off during the heavy wind and we need to reattach them, luckily the tent did not rip, the ties just came away.

I was thinking of sticking them back on with something i had seen on the internet called Stormsure/Stormseal, can anyone offer advice on whether this would work or an alternative solution,

welcome to the forum!

If the ties are on the inside of the fly I would suggest sewing them on and using Stormseal to reproof the area after fixing, again from the inside.
It may be worth adding a few extra to prevent a re-occurrence.

If the ties are on the outside....I'm not sure what to do...
