believe there have been a couple of threads on outwell replacements
as i recall the general jist is to go through the dealer you bought the tent from.
outwell wont deal with individual customers and preffer them to go through the dealer/supplier
hopefully someone with some experience of outwell spares will reply soon

Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Broken as in snapped. Two of the bottom poles and one of the second to bottom poles. Never happened before with any of our tents though we've always had steel poles rather than alloy.
Supplier has been contacted and trying to get a price from Outwell. Only taken 6 weeks so far....
Latest in the Wolf Lake 5 saga is that I had to buy a complete set of poles from Outwell via their UK repair outlet - Scottish Mountain Gear based in Edinburgh - at a cost of over £320 - the logic being that each hoop costs £108 to replace so a complete set of poles (5 hoops plus bag plus pegs) would be better value than buying 3 hoops. Sadly individual pole sections cannot be purchased. To be fair SMG were very helpful and the purchase proceeded very quickly.
So I now have several spare poleshoops if anyone is interested for a very reasonable price.....
