I have a Robens 'Double Dawn', a 3-hoop tunnel design tent with full standing height throughout. It has alloy poles, two bedrooms and zip-in/out groundsheet. I can erect it solo (aged 68+) easily in 30 minutes. Check out my review and pictures here. I bought it for a similar reason - in case my wife ever wanted to go camping. I now know that that is not going to happen, so the Robens is for sale!

Spacious bedroom pod, SIG, massive windows let in loads of light, large living area easily accommodates table and chairs and general living gear, standing height and a doddle to pitch (only has 3 poles)
